Do I have to book parking online?

It is recommended to book online or call 02 8668 5129 to 4:00 am so that we can reserve a car space for you.

What are the car park operating hours?

The car park is open from 5 am to 11.30 pm (midnight), 7 days/week.

Do you provide child restraints on the courtesy shuttle buses?

We do have a baby capsule and toddler booster available for any children that are traveling on our buses.

Is there a limit to how long I can make a booking?

No. Provided you stay a minimum of 24 hours; there is no limit on how many days you can book.

What will happen if I stay beyond my nominated exit date?

You can park as long as you like, you need to pay for the additional days (calendar date) that you parked.

How close is Air Travel Parking to the airport at Mascot?

We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from Sydney Airport.

How long before my flight should I drop my vehicle off at Air Travel Parking?

You have to know what time your airline requires you at the terminal to check in. Allow enough time to arrive here, give us your keys and transfer people and luggage into our free shuttle bus.

Once we are driving, you will be at the terminal within minutes. To allow a non-panicky experience, get here at least 20 minutes before you need to be at the actual terminal.

Can I leave my Bikes and Scooters there? Are there different rates for different vehicles?

Bikes and scooters are charged at 30% of car prices. If you come with a bikes (you and a friend), your 2 bikes will take up one car space so you will be charged as 1 car.

What is the maximum number of people that can be shuttled to the terminal?

We have 14 seat minibus, 24 seat bus, and 54 seat coach. If you can get here in your car, we can easily fit you in our vehicles.

Are there any restrictions on what type of vehicle I can park?

Your car must be able to fit into a standard car space. Vehicles that cannot fit into a standard space, such as a large truck or motorhome, please contact us for a quote and to confirm if there is any suitable room at the time.

How safe/secure is my car at Air Travel Parking?

Air Travel Parking is a gated, secure car park only open between a – 11:30 pm. The parking facility is monitored by CCTV cameras 24 / 7 with security guards.

What happens when I return from my trip?

When you arrive back in Sydney and have collected your luggage, simply phone 02 8668 5129 to arrange your pick up.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you may cancel your booking 24 hours before your booked entry date for a full refund.

Where do I catch the shuttle bus once I have landed?

There are 2 pickup locations at Sydney Airport. One for Domestic and one for International.
